A great inspiration for those with a passion for pottery. The book provides beautifully photographed plates.
Like having dozens of galleries at your fingertips. It makes the world of potters and pottery more intimate. As with all of the "500" series books, this one was beautiful and, as a potter myself, I found it full of ideas and concepts. I love that these books are so varied in content.
A great addition to the library of any artist, not just potters. Like another reviewer, I am a practicing artist and am also collecting this series from Lark. This book has a fabulous variety of plates.
However, it is rich in lovely design ideas and enjoyable to peruse. Wonderful photographs. VERY brief descriptions are given about the techniques used - so this is not a how-to book.
